| You can browse to the main menu on the left and click on contact us as one method. Also http://boltservers.com/billing has a support ticket system setup if you had rather contact us there. If you choose to contact through the billing panel you will have to register and login before using the support system.

| How do I control my Ventrilo? |
| You browse to the homepage of http://boltservers.com and click on the Ventrilo Client Login in the main menu on the left. Then login with the email and password that was emailed to you upon setup of the Ventrilo server.

| How do I start my server? |
| Browse to the homepage at http://boltservers.com then click on Game Panel at the top user menu. Then input your login/password information. Adjust your configuration files as needed, also upload any files via the FTP then click on start. Now your server is in the startup process and should be online in just a few seconds (3 to 5 secs).

| You can request us to install a mod for you by providing a link to the website it is located on via the support ticket feature in the server panel.
Alternately you can upload your own mod via the FTP information you are emailed upon server order/installation. Basic rules for uploading mods are below:
For rFactor: You will upload the RFM Files, then upload the mod folder that is inside of the gamedata/vehicles folder. For example gamedata/vehicles/ILMS. You will upload the ILMS folder to gamedata/vehicles via FTP.
For NR2003: You will upload the mod folder that is located in the series folder. For example series/COT. You will upload the COT folder to /series via FTP. After upload it should look like this in your FTP manager...series/COT
